Online Giving Changes for 2026

As we prepare for the new year, I want to let you know about an important update to our online giving system. To better serve you and create a smoother, more reliable giving experience, we are transitioning from Subsplash Giving to Church Center Giving.

Why the Change?

• Church Center Giving offers several improvements that will make giving easier and more flexible, including:
• A simpler setup process for recurring gifts, including splitting one transaction over several funds
• A clean, user-friendly interface across all devices
• Lower processing costs
• Better integration with our church management tools, helping us serve you more efficiently
• Improved donor history access so you can easily view and manage your giving records

What You Need to Do
To complete the transition, we’re asking all current givers to move their gifts from Subsplash to Church Center. Don’t worry—it’s simple!

Cancel Your Current Recurring Gift (Subsplash)

• Log in to your Subsplash Giving account at https://bit.ly/3M9gyWX
• Navigate to Account>Scheduled Gifts
• Select your active gift(s) and click Delete Gift
• Confirm the cancellation
  (If you need help, we’re happy to walk you through it.)

Set Up Your New Recurring Gift (Church Center Giving)

• Visit our new giving page at https://faithva.churchcenter.com/giving
• Enter your gift amount and frequency
• Follow the prompts to create your new Church Center profile (if you don’t already have one)
• Select or enter a new payment method
• Submit your recurring gift
  (Again, let us know if you need a hand!)

When Does This Change Happen?
We will officially discontinue Subsplash Giving in 2026. Please make the switch in the next few weeks to avoid any interruptions in your recurring gifts.
